Admission Process – PDPS School, Dehri

We welcome you to PDPS School, Dehri – a place where learning begins with curiosity and leads to lifelong success. Our admission process is designed to be transparent, simple, and supportive for both students and parents.

Step-by-Step Admission Process

1. Enquiry & School Visit

Parents/Guardians are encouraged to visit the school campus to understand our environment, curriculum, and facilities. You can collect the admission form from the school office or download it from our website.

2. Submission of Admission Form

The duly filled admission form, along with the required documents (listed below), must be submitted to the school office within the specified dates.

3. Interaction/Entrance Test

  • Pre-Primary (Nursery to UKG): Informal interaction with the child and parents.

  • Classes I to IX & XI: Written entrance test followed by an interview.

  • Admission is granted based on merit and availability of seats.

4. Admission Confirmation

Selected candidates will be notified by the school. To confirm admission, parents must:

  • Submit all remaining documents

  • Pay the admission fee and first installment of the annual fee within the given deadline

5. Orientation Session

An orientation session will be held for new students and parents to help them understand the school’s systems, policies, and academic expectations.

  • Recent passport-sized photographs (3)

  • Birth Certificate (attested copy)

  • Aadhar Card (student and parents)

  • Transfer Certificate (for admissions to Class II and above)

  • Previous year’s Report Card

  • Medical Certificate (if any health concerns)

  • Caste Certificate (if applicable)


Age Criteria (as on 31st March of the academic year)

  • Nursery: 3+ years

  • LKG: 4+ years

  • UKG: 5+ years

  • Class I: 6+ years
